Completing pre-enrolment is your first step towards starting out at UCL.

Pre-enrolment
UCL will send you an invitation to pre-enrol from mid-August via email.

Go to the MyAccount - New Students page to create your UCL ID and password

Log on to Portico, then upload a passport copy and a photo of yourself for your student card

Upload copies of your visa documents (if applicable)

Check and confirm your details
Once you have completed your pre-enrolment, UCL will verify your documents remotely. If everything is correct you will then be enrolled at UCL.

In early September you will start your module registration

Afterwards, you will book a slot to collect your student ID card and biometric residence permit (BRP) on campus
Paying Tuition Fees
There are only two ways of paying tuition fees: online or bank transfer.
