As a society, we define ourselves as an intellectual community that is not only aware of our surroundings, but is also motivated to constantly engage in new challenges. We as a society strive to arouse students’ interest in the socio-economic and geopolitical areas by encouraging our fellow peers to examine these social issues in multiple perspectives through various activities.

A mouth-watering experience featuring Culinary Genius finalist Kennith, having a taste of both Egg Florentine and the famous dish curated by Gordan Ramsay-Baked chicken with aubergine, courgetti, and tomato ragout.

Cultural Trip to Hamburg​

A day out to the culturally rich city of Hamburg. Revisiting the history of Nazi German in the Neuengamme Concentration Camp guided tour, witnessing the famous architecture in Speicherstadt and Elbphilharmonie, and enjoying the cuisine in this Northern German riverside city.

Lest We Forget – 100 Years of Unveiled WW1 Chinese Labour Corps

Retelling the story of the Chinese Labour Corps in Britain and France during WWI, through an interactive exhibition including tantalising game and photo booths, as well as detailed information regarding their motivation, experiences and the aftermath of the War.

Talk by Honourable Justice Robert Tang

Honourable Justice Robert Tang, one of the permanent judges of the Hong Kong Court of Final Appeal, came to speak to UCL PASS about Hong Kong and the current state of the law, and engaged in a Q&A session for a more interactive touch to his presentation.
