Our first face-to-face of the 2022-2023 academic year. Freshers were introduced to UCLPASS and got to meet other freshers via a variety of fun games, marking the start of their new journey at UCL.

A City Hunt event hosted by Bath HKPASS followed by a heated quiz and fashion show, Committee members from various PASSes get to meet each other and work together to gain points in various games throughout the day. 

An online event co-hosted with KCL, IC, LSE, and QM. Freshers were introduced to the London PASS network and to life in London. They were then placed into groups based on their degrees and given the opportunity to ask questions by current UK students.

Hosted by Bath HKPASS, this event is based on the Korean variety show ‘Running Man’. The theme this year was Pokémon and participants consisted of universities from all across the UK.

A guide for freshers to good restaurants, food stores, and Asian supermarkets around the UCL campus and Chinatown. The day ended with a ‘hoi sem farn’ at Chinatown, allowing freshers to mingle and chat with one another.

A formal social event involving various PASSes across the UK. Participants get to make connections with other PASS Committee Members while enjoying food and drinks during the evening. 

An event co-hosted by UCL, KCL, LSE, ICL and QMUL involving Subcommittee and Committee Members from all 5 PASSes. Participants enjoy a meal at Chinatown and get to befriend subcommittee members from other London PASSes.

Hosted by Manchester HKPASS, participants work together to unveil a mystery. This year, the mystery was about the disappearance of a group of Youtubers at a charitable laboratory. The Detective game is followed by a social dinner, where participants get to mingle with members of other PASSes after a long day of mystery-solving. 

The final event for each academic year. A whole week of elections were held to elect the next UCLPASS committee for the 2023-2024 academic year.
